Full review
This is a close mechanical sibling to the Max4out bike in this same catalog — high-carbon steel frame, dual suspension, similar bullet-point language — but at a slightly higher price with a marginally different spec sheet. Reviewers describe it as sturdy and comfortable, with the suspension doing real work smoothing out bumpy trails.
The one notable complaint in our review sample is mechanical rather than cosmetic: one buyer reported the pedal-to-crank-arm thread stripping out within a month of riding. It's a single data point among generally positive feedback, but worth knowing given it's a component under real load with every pedal stroke.
Pros
- Full front-and-rear suspension at a budget price
- 7-speed drivetrain with twist shifters
- Reviewers describe assembly as fast — around 20 minutes
- High-carbon steel frame paired with aluminum alloy rims
Cons
- One buyer reported a pedal thread stripping out within a month
- V-brakes rather than discs
What buyers say
This mountain bike is sturdy, comfortable, and fun to ride. The suspension helps make the ride smoother on bumpy trails and rough roads, and the 7-speed gears shift easily for different types of terrain. The brakes work well, and the tires provide good grip. The bike was easy to put together and feels solid while riding. It's a great bike for everyday riding and light trail use, offering excellent value for the price.
The bike was very easy to assemble. It took me less than 20 minutes to get everything properñt installed and I could do it all by myself without any person. It was lightweight so easy to move around. When cycling it felt smooth and safe.
Bike looks good but the parts are poor. In less than a month of riding, the thread on right pedal that attaches it to the crank arm is totally out in less than 1 month of riding the bike. The right pedal is totally out and cannot be screwed or attached to it. Disappointing!
An excellent off-road bike. Gear shifts are extremely smooth and seamless. The braking and suspension systems are excellent.
