This 29 inch Mountain Bike is a beautiful looking bike. When I received the bike it had a scratch on the frame. I contacted customer service and they immediately were very kind and courteous and took care of my issue. My son is now enjoying his bike and gets compliments. I would recommend this Hiland company and bike to anyone. Very few places have I ever dealt with that were as kind and quick at helping the customer out as they have been. Basically you get what you pay for.

I gave this bicycle absolutely no stars. After assembly and three short test rides to get handlebars, seat height and adjustment all squared away. I took a 3-mile ride with it and made it to where I wanted to go and I left and I made it about a half a mile and the right pedal broke. And when I went to check on it the threads had stripped because the pedal threads stripped. Now I've been working on items that required screws nuts bolts so far and so on for many years and I know what a stripped item feels like in assembly.
