Full review
Max4out's play here is straightforward: hit the lowest price point in the catalog while still including front-and-rear suspension, a real 7-speed derailleur, and a steel frame built to shrug off the bumps and drops of a first mountain bike. It's explicitly aimed at the gift market and casual riders rather than trail enthusiasts.
The reviews reflect that positioning well — multiple buyers describe purchasing it as a holiday or birthday gift and being pleasantly surprised by both ease of assembly and ride quality relative to the price. At 4.3 stars it holds up better than the price alone would suggest.
Pros
- Lowest price in this catalog while still including full suspension
- 7-speed drivetrain with twist shifters for straightforward gear changes
- High-carbon steel frame is durable for casual and first-time riders
- Consistently described as an easy, fast assembly
Cons
- V-brakes rather than discs, so wet-weather stopping is less confident
- Steel frame adds weight compared to the aluminum options in this catalog

I got these I’m the white and the green . Easy to put together. They have different kinds of tires on them which is weird since you are buying the same bike just a differ color . My sons are 14 and 15 . 5’11 and 5’9 and they seem to be the right size for them . Update so I got these mid march . My 15 year old son has been taking it to school daily . In the end of May he complained he felt the frame vibrated and screeched . So he stopped riding it . The other we had bought for our 14 year old was rides once by him and put away . Welp June my 15 year old son started using his brothers since his
